Shipping is calculated by the gross or volumetric weight of your order.
Delivery can take from 1 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Due to the climate in Australia we are unable to deliver on a specific date and don't ship over the weekend. We also reserve the right to not ship to some remote regional areas. If you want to find out if we can deliver to your area, please contact us on 07 5574 6599 or via our enquiry form

All goods are packaged for shipping so they will arrive in perfect condition. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, please get in touch with us immediately.
We ship by courier service only, where the customer has to sign for the goods on arrival. Therefore we can only send goods to street addresses and not to PO boxes. Goods can be delivered between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Please make sure an authorised person will be at the delivery address to sign for the goods. This is why we prefer shipping to business addresses. If there is a futile delivery a $25.00 re-delivered fee may be charged.
